At GMS Alumni Association, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our supporters, donors, and event participants. Please review our cancellation policy below:


1. Donations

All donations made on our website are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once processed. These contributions go directly towards our community programs and events, and are critical to our mission.


2. Event Registrations

If you register for an event and are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible. While registration fees are non-refundable, we may allow transfer of your spot to another participant if informed at least 5 days before the event.


3. Event Cancellations by Us

If we cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified via email. In such cases, we may offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit for a future event
