At GMS Alumni Association, we value the trust of our donors, members, and participants. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any contributions or event registrations.
All donations made through our website are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or returned. This helps us plan our programs and utilize funds efficiently for the benefit of the alumni network and community.
Event registration fees are also non-refundable, except under the following rare circumstances:
If the event is canceled by the organizers.
If a duplicate payment is made in error.
In such cases, you may request a refund by contacting us within 5 business days of the transaction. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
If you believe you have made a duplicate transaction, please notify us immediately with proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 working days.
